All financial transactions on the bwm55 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven CliQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bwm55 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting bwm55 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
